3. This would be OK if the price reflected this but it is quite an expensive hotel (maybe due to the location which is brilliant) to have rooms that were shabby looking (sun-faded wallpaper, fittings that did not always work, terrible A/C) and tiny walk-in bathrooms.

5. We checked in and were told we were upgraded but the room was incredibly tiny and I was somewhat disappointed to find we looked out over a parking lot and the bathroom had no bathtub.
