1. This would be OK if the price reflected this but it is quite an expensive hotel (maybe due to the location which is brilliant) to have rooms that were shabby looking (sun-faded wallpaper, fittings that did not always work, terrible A/C) and tiny walk-in bathrooms.

3. While the suite was enormous, nearly everything about it was very shabby and should have been replaced many, many years ago.
