To top it all off, we were in the ER all night (returned to hotel at 9am) therefore our car was not in their lot at all, so when we tried checking out at noon, they gave us a
hard
time trying to make us pay for their $39 overnight parking charge.

The room was small and the air conditioning was very
hard
to control, but we spent most of our stay out and about in DC and the room was a nice place to come back to after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

We recently took a weeks trip to Washington DC and must admit we had a
hard
time finding a reasonably, affordable place to stay in the city.

The gentleman at the front desk (has been there in former trips) sent up 2

Beware if your claustrophobic you will not be using the bathroom it has to be the smallest bathroom known to man, i know it is a historic hotel and bigger wasnt better in the early 1900's but come on a hobbit would have a
hard
time feeling comfortable in that small thing, but I digress.

If you look
hard
enough you should be able to find street parking within a few blocks and save on the valet.

There`s a pharmacy a block away that carries Epsom salts after a
hard
day of walking and disposable cameras, for those of us who leave town without one.
