1. We had free parking (due to a coupon) which was a little far, about 5 blocks away, so walking there was a downside.

3. downsides include VERY basic rooms - clean but often small to the point of claustrophobia - and numerous large groups of schoolkids whose chaperones seem to disappear (or tune them out), leaving them to noisily wander the hallways.

4. One downside is although there are some places to eat immediately around the hotel, this is downtown, so many places close up kinda early.

6. The only downside to this hotel is it`s age and a few things look like they could use renovation, but it is still a nice place to stay in Washington.
