Our small queen room faced a brick wall (it was on the inside of the building, on the 9th floor) but we did not hear a sound from the busy streets below (this was a common complaint we overheard from other guests - the hotel is at a very busy intersection in Washington DC's business district)There is no parking on the premises, their parking garage is about two blocks away, a brisk 5 minute walk from the hotel; they charge $15 per day.
