Very old and ugly rooms; dirty carpets; some light bulbs broken, very poor climatization, the bathroon is terrible: water temperature change without control, dirty floors, no shampoo, the aro of sanitary was broken; we were 6 in the family room size (2 adults 4 kids), but only two towels was in the bath room; we called to front desk for more towels, but never arrived; the shower works bad.
