1. Though the properties best days have clearly long gone, and everything looks a little worn and tired - the rooms are acceptable and for a one night stay ok.

5. Every time I stay there I am more and more disappointed - the rooms are worn and tired, there are always problems (wrong keys for the wrong rooms, etc), but it is directly across the street from our office so we always stay there.
