2. I am a ridiculous tipper, as I have worked at some point in my life in most capacities that rely on tips, and even I would not tip someone who essentially stole a bag for 5 feet.

3. It was kind of ridiculous b/c my husband and I were in a hurry to make a tour time at the Capitol building, but couldn't get the temp under control.

4. Avoid - TGIF near Hotel Lombardy (ridiculous service - we left), 'Shear Madness' - show at Kennedy Center (entertaining, but not worth the tix price) Enjoy DC - It's a FANTASTIC city.
