1. As you would expect, there were lots of conferences on all the time, which to be honest wasn't an issue.

4. The staff at the front desk was friendly and the issue was resolved smoothly, but this added unnecessary stress to our departure and left us wondering how many people left before realizing they were double charged.

6. The hotel just transferred this issue to the insurance company who called me after two days when we checked out that these medications were not covered in the insurance policy so we cannot be compensated.

7. My tenth floor room was fairly large, clean overall, and reasonably well maintained; there were some minor spot cleaning and paint/caulk issues I would not have expected in a 'flagship' hotel brand.

8. We have stayed at this hotel many times and this experience was almost bizarre, although when we thought about it we realized there had been some consistent negative issues over the years.

9. If you value your clothes don`t send them to be laundered, stapling the laundry ticket to clothing items leaves them surprisingly with holes which management didn`t seem to think was an issue.
