The lobby of the Hay Adams is fairly small though whereas the Mayflower has a lovely spacious lobby with a wide bright corridor leading from the front of the hotel to the back (entrances on both sides) so that although there`s a lot going on there with business events etc (the Ugandan President was there 1 of the days I was staying there) it doesn`t feel as cramped as the lobby of the Hay Adams.
