6. We ate in the restaurants one block down from the hotel (the concierge lady was wonderful) and it cost about $11.00 per person (cheap for DC).

7. A special mention of Eric the Concierge who helped us sort our our Hertz car rental reservation (Hertz were a nightmare to deal with and we ended up cancelling the booking - and Eric recommended Enterprise Car Rentals).
