4. We were in DC for a wedding and the hotel was extremely accommodating re early check-in and late checkout as well as helping with lots of extra logistics.

5. With the exception of a somewhat curt check-in clerk, all the personnel I encountered were notably upbeat, helpful, and terrific ambassadors for the Marriott brand in general and this property in particular.
