3. This is a great hotel for just about everyone, whether celebrating an anniversary or attending a conference, it is just across the river from George Town and within walking distance of many of the monuments.

6. I stayed with my younger teen son as a special mom/son weekend and the location was perfect, making it easy to walk into Georgetown for the evening, a nice stroll to the Foggy Bottom metro, etc. I lived down the street for many years.

7. You're within walking distance to some great celebrity chef restaurants, the metro, and the hubbub of Dupont Circle (fyi, the Phillips Gallery is only an easy 10 minute walk away).
