My only complaint is that most hotels of this class (and price) offer free water in the room, and sometimes also have
complimentary
computers to check email, etc..

As ever, the staff was incredibly helpful -- whether it was the folks at the front desk, the concierge, the garage attendant, etc. They also gave me a
complimentary
fridge to store things in and got it to me within 30 minutes of my arrival.

complimentary
services - I brought my gym gear only to find that using the gym facility required an additional charge.
