2. (wanted to lock up laptop)-Very slow elevators to your rooms, which also seemed to be the only 2-Missing preordered items to be in our room before we arrived -We left a note for housekeeping on what we wanted to be done which they completely ignored but still did a good job cleaning-Slow delivery of items we requested (towels and washclothes) which we had to call for each day for more.
