5. Given that, it struck me as incongruous that the same hotel would charge for Internet access by the day and a whopping $24/day for parking, particularly since we simply left our car in the parking garage for our entire stay.

9. They didn`t charge for parking, they gave us a nice fruit basket, gift certificates to a nice restaurant, and a nice apology letter.

10. We paid $20/day, but if I would not have booked far in advance and did not have my booking print-out with me, I believe they would have charged me $24/day, which was the current charge.
