1. Front staff is very impersonal but the the employees that have been there for 20 years or more make up for that and I guess they remember my sister and I who complain about things most people would over look; pubic hairs in bath tub, snot on the walls, unclean pillows under the covers, pull our comforters off and ask the maid to bring us clean ones because YES they DO NOT!change the comforters after each customers visit.

2. Besides having only smoking rooms available (3 weeks before our arrival) the hotel is old, musty, and the bathroom was gross - complete with pink bacteria around the tub.

3. The tub/shower and toilet are in a separate room, but the sink and vanity are in the bedroom and don't afford any privacy.
