1. Now that i think of it, the front desk staff seem very reserved; but the food service people were very nice and polite.

9. and the CONS got to be too overwhelming so we finally checked out: broken iron in room, rotten creamer in room, only one remote control for two rooms/two tv's, a few small ants in room, no phone book in room, hotel directory in room missing pages, each bed had holes in sheets, bathroom had visible mold, third floor balcony and door didn't seem safe for kids, old/broken/stained furniture and carpeting, keys didn't always work and front desk guy blamed it on me, a rougher type crowd than I am used to was hanging out by the pool a couple of the nights, we ordered from the only food service available in their hotel directory the first night and my son found a piece of metal in his pizza- the food service company was very polite to my husband on the phone about it though, 50% of the staff was rude, the decor was interesting but it felt depressing to me instead of fun, the back parking lot (where we were told to park) was really cramped and it didn't feel very safe- maybe just too isolated or dark or something.
"We left because there were just too many problems. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/27/2011 Vote
10. Only bad thing is that the line to order the food is outside of the main dining building, so if you're not paying attention, you would miss it.
"Okay hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/7/2011 Vote
