Front staff is very impersonal but the the employees that have been there for 20 years or more make up for that and I guess they remember my sister and I who complain about things most people would over look; pubic hairs in bath tub, snot on the walls, unclean pillows under the covers, pull our comforters off and ask the maid to bring us clean ones because YES they DO NOT!change the comforters after each customers visit.

2. Large rooms but baths small.

4. Outside entries into the rooms, noisy pool play you can hear late into the evening, a tiny tiny bathroom with no sink in the bath area, and old and uncomfortable worn furniture.
