1. Aside from the beautiful decor of the hotel and all that it offers, what made my stay so great was the staff - the reception desk, cafe, bar and housekeeping were wonderful and made my stay in Tucson a dream.

2. And here I`ll add a word about Rochelle, the woman who ran the housekeeping and did most of the work.

3. I had no trouble sleeping in the room above the Tap bar for two nights and the housekeeping staff moved my bags to my new room as promised.
