9. Oh, that was my major issue: no coffe in the room and the restaurant downstairs does not open til 7, but if you flirt with the front desk, he just might let you snag some of the staff coffee, like he did me at 6 am.

10. And certainly not when the front desk person forgets to mention the broken boiler problem not only at check-in, but also not during the three additional conversations I had with him trying to figure out a place for dinner.
