If you read the accomodations book in the room carefully, you'll learn that if you ask the
front desk
you can get 2 free drink tickets for staying.

Our last day I asked the
front desk
agent if we could receive a late check out and that I would even be happy to pay for a half day if necessary.
"Great 4 day stay until front desk agent quoting policy was unwilling to work with us "

I collect books of matches from places that I visit and saw the matches in a large glass and I asked for a book to add to my collection at the
front desk
.

Even after explaining that i would be putting them in a picture frame with several other similar books of matches, the folks at the
front desk
refused to give me one or even sell me one because they would not know how much to charge.

The
front desk
warns summer visitors about the swamp cooler, but the temperature of our room in the middle of a heat wave was downright pleasant.

Some of the kids working the
front desk
were a little lippy and defensive, but I am used to the retor-kid attitude (not that that excuses it).

Oh, that was my major issue: no coffe in the room and the restaurant downstairs does not open til 7, but if you flirt with the
front desk
, he just might let you snag some of the staff coffee, like he did me at 6 am.

And certainly not when the
front desk
person forgets to mention the broken boiler problem not only at check-in, but also not during the three additional conversations I had with him trying to figure out a place for dinner.
