Shout out to Trini who kept our room so very comfortable and sparkling clean, Alex who served up great drinks and recommedations for things to do, Steve who treated us like royalty at the pool, Victoria and Donna at the Concierge desk, Donald the hotel manager who helped us at check-in, and all the friendly staff.

8. Although I didn't have time to enjoy all the resort's activities, there are more than enough to keep someone busy and happy - golf, tennis, lovely pools, the short hike to the Ventana waterfall, kids camp, fitness classes, spa and more.
