1. If I can nit-pick, I do think it's inexcusable that complimentary water bottles aren't stocked in the rooms.

The spa offers a variety of services and has a private pool, but I chose to spend one day at the regular resort pool where I felt pampered all day with complimentary sunscreen, towels and magazines, great musice, bar service, lunch and yummy treats that were being offered up for guests to sample.

4. They had a business center which offered free access to print boarding passes and complimentary useage for 15 minutes for guests (must swipe your credit card first.

5. Apparently on your second YouFirst stay, you receive benefits like resort credits, additional AMEX Membership Rewards Points, and complimentary Wifi (which should always be the case).

Favorite things about this hotel: scenic paths and hiking trails right outside your door; gigantic bathtub; People Magazines at the pool; concierge who really knows her stuff and seems to care about every guest; complimentary hot cocoa in the lobby during the winter months; extremely comfortable king beds; large-size rooms with porches or balconies; doormen who jump to greet you and welcome you with service and a smile.

10. My suggestions: rent a car and explore the city, avoid overpriced breakfast/lunch at the resort, and take a walk around the grounds and a trip to the nearby Sabino Canyon (they will shuttle you to the canyon----the only complimentary extra you`ll receive).
