to inform them, instead of trying to correct the problem, all they did was make an excuse that the cleaners work until 4:30.

Then, the manager came out and was pleasant, but surprised that we were not happy that our already purchased amenities were being restored and acted as if our having to spending 30 min on the phone and at the
