Shout out to Trini who kept our room so very comfortable and sparkling clean, Alex who served up great drinks and recommedations for things to do, Steve who treated us like royalty at the pool, Victoria and Donna at the Concierge desk, Donald the hotel manager who helped us at check-in, and all the friendly staff.

5. Later on during our stay we unexpectedly connected with the general manager and he was very responsive as well, so perhaps the things we experienced will be corrected.

6. Then, the manager came out and was pleasant, but surprised that we were not happy that our already purchased amenities were being restored and acted as if our having to spending 30 min on the phone and at the front desk trying to get them to take care of the problem wasn`t annoying.

10. I didn't get the FHR benefits, but Arvind did speak with a manager and grant me the YouFirt benefits even though it was my first stay, so I walked away with 500 extra AMEX points, a $25 credit, and comp.
