7. We are here attending a conference and due to the group, we have 'free (although shotty) wifi and I asked for turn down service.

8. The conference spaces (for meetings, luncheons, etc.) were quite generous and tech staff were at the ready to deal with projectors, etc. I understand that wireless in the conference area is not readily available for attendees and was expensive for the planners to acquire.
