1. It seemed like the property was severely short staffed and many staff members did not have the level of professionalism and attentiveness that you would accept at this price point.

10. I probably would not recommend this hotel to a friend visiting Tucson, because for about the same price, they could stay at the much more pleasant RItz-Carlton at Dove Mountain.
