1. Located on a dead end street one is welcomed by an active valet parking team and a very professional and pleasant front desk staff.

10. $10 per night is steep, but I did not think unreasonable, considering valet is $20 per night AND from what I saw, the valet parking was NOT covered, but on a tarmac behind the hotel.
