6. We had a special room rate which was GREATLY reduced from their 'normal' room rate and included parking, internet, the resort fee, long distance phone service and 10% off in all of the restaurants (alcohol excluded).

10. Rates were quite reasonable (conf rate of $116/night tho it is July in Tucson - 108 highs) so there were a variety of clientele - families, couples, a wedding, etc. Saw no signs of rude or boisterous guests.
