2. She did not have an in-apartment clothes dryer to kill possible traveling bugs and besides, much of my clothing was silk or suit-related (due to interviews) and dry clean only.

4. We like to get an Executive Suite, on the 'Lazy River' end of the hotel, that has a sitting room and roomy bedroom with long balcony, and a large marble bathroom.

5. We stayed in a luxury suite which had 2 bathrooms, one large bedroom, dining room table with plenty of room and a living area, 2 tv's and a perfect view over looking the pool with balcony.

6. I realize this is a Marriott thing, but they give it away in their other properties like Courtyards and Towne Suites, so why not resorts.

8. A few weeks before we arrived I called to secure connecting rooms only to be told that there are no connecting rooms in the hotel except for a pricy suite with adjacent room (meaning you needed to book and pay for a suite plus a double room) .

10. We stayed in a one-bedroom king suite, tastefully decorated in a Southwestern style, which was more than ample for our family with 2 children, ages 8 and 11.
