1. They were really good about the shuttle from the airport, called the driver to let him know to look for me, and then (when it was pouring out) offered to drop me off downtown (which is not a part of their shuttle route).

4. Always a shuttle when it was requested, VERY VERY NICE HOTEL Riverfront Park and the Spaokne River is just outside the door so you can have a good meal & then go for a walk in the park.
