1. We had no problems with the bill, housekeeping service, or door keys.

4. The hotel directory and back of the chair were splashed with something sticky, but the best was the bed:We arrived late, had to call housekeeping to clean the bathroom, finally got into bed only to find it klunked every time you turned, or moved in the bed.

8. One day our keys were deactivated and a note in our key slot saying that housekeeping could not be completed because we had left items on the bed.

9. Parking is no longer free, they gave us the wrong room, we did not get housekeeping service AT ALL on one day and on the days that we did, it was not thorough.
