9. Any other computer activity (unless you have your own laptop) involves a fee charge on any computer use more than 9 minutes, and the only way to access it is to input credit card information even for the free time.

10. I was advised that there is an additional fee if you want a microwave in the room, so we chose to just keep fresh food in the fridge.
