After explaining to JS, the night

, that they told them they didnt have a room for them, he proceeds to tell me he is going to have to charge the room anyway since there is a cancellation fee.

adjusted our room price since we ended up paying for full price tickets on the theme park web site (which we needed to print on the hotel printer, after WAITING IN LINE.
