1. The room was somewhat spacious but the view was nothing special, the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable, the bathroom huge, and even had a separate light that did not turn the fan on (if you wanted the light without the noise at night).

4. They did not pick up all of the towels/washcloths off of the floor on the first day, and left my wife's pj's (which she usually stuffs under her pillow) draped over the lampshade, presumably when they made the bed.
