4. They offered only to move us to the new room, and charge us more money for it, even though it was available for the entire time (no prior reservations for it), and they had obviously done something to our original room that made it uninhabitable for anyone, whether you had asthma or not.

6. They will not refund your money, or even offer a discount, for the night of discovery, but they will let you off the hook for the duration of the reservation should you choose to leave.

9. For the money--almost 1500 dollars a night, we expected not to have to have things fixed when we were there, or have to call for listed amenities.
