1. 'The complimentary breakfast included in one of the special packages used to be $50 worth per couple and now has unfortunately been downgraded to $27 worth per couple, which given the very high prices, doesn't cover a nice breakfast, but just a small baskety of basic pastries and coffee.

2. One very odd thing to me was that while SYR generously includes some complimentary snacks with your stay that you must call to have the coffee and milk replenished during your stay.
