1. Location was just off I-5 and within walking distance (across freeway overpass) to Mission Bay Park.

4. It is convenient to dozens of attractions, close enough to get to both UCSD and San Diego State, and within walking distance to bus routes and several beaches - all without being in a busy, high traffic area.

7. ( 3-4 miles to Mission and Pacific beach according to our GPS and drives)You could walk to the bay but that would be too far a walk with young children and bag and stuff.

9. Upon arrival they had problems coding the keyless entry system and I had to walk back down to the office twice before they got it fixed right.

10. beautiful place, you can walk to the left and so the beach is on your right and there are loads of millionaire beach houses that are amazing, Theres also an amuzement park fuirther down with a surf rider that worht a looking.
