3. If you wanna go sumwhere awesome get a taxi to Pacific Beach, its the closest beach and will cost you 20 dollars in a taxi.

4. It is convenient to dozens of attractions, close enough to get to both UCSD and San Diego State, and within walking distance to bus routes and several beaches - all without being in a busy, high traffic area.

6. We drove to Mission beach and returned by 3:30, only to be told only 1 room was ready, so we sat with the kids for another hour to finally get our rooms.

7. Also, It is not in a bad neighborhood as some of the other reviews lead you to believe (I seriously doubt there is any real estate for sale in this area for under 500K) It is in the mission bay area, about a 5 minute drive from Mission / Pacific Beach.
