1. It is nestled in a nice little neighborhood, not along a freeway or in any seedy neighborhood like some places we passed.

3. Also, It is not in a bad neighborhood as some of the other reviews lead you to believe (I seriously doubt there is any real estate for sale in this area for under 500K) It is in the mission bay area, about a 5 minute drive from Mission / Pacific Beach.
