1. The breakfast was average although we were almost pushed out of the door at 10am as the guy in charge cleaned all the tables and stacked the chairs up as we were still eating.

3. After we queried it we were told the extra charge was due to use 'upgrading' to a non-smoking room even though i wasn't told about the extra charge at the time of checking in or out.
