3. The hotel was near many excellent restaurants (loved Georgia's Greek Cuisine and Taste of the Himalayas Indian food) and stores, plus several buses are nearby and it's close to the Old Town transit center.

4. The hotel is located nearby so many things that were convenient like restaurants, Walgreen's was next door, the post office was just down the road, the bus/trolley station is less than a mile walking distance away with bus stops even closer.
