7. NOTE: I had ex in laws stay at a different hotel chain on the beach with higher rates that were envious of the service, rates, and condition/spaciousness of the room that I had.

9. to top it off i talk to mark on monday morning the 10th of august, 2009 concerning this matter, he said ' the best i can do for an ac not working is give you 10% off your room rate.
