1. Pool was a huge disappointment as well, pool area completly shaded, no direct sun, so much for nice day by the pool.

When we got to the room we found the carpet to be filthy; bedding to be nasty; laundry room to have rubbish everywhere; bathroom to be usable (but that's the extent of it); jacuzzi filled with bubbles; pool having to be cleaned because other hotel guests poured something in it; and a woman who appeared to be participating in 'adult entertainment' in an upstairs bedroom.
