1. Lacks; hot water; proper linens; clear rooms, appreciative and accommodating front desk staff and management.

2. There were a few minor maitenance issues (loose door lock, broken light socket) but these issues were addressed with Rosa at the Front Desk who insured she would correct the issues.

6. We called the front desk and they sent a maintenance man (who arrived very quickly by the way-only positive thing I can say about the stay) who overrode the system so that you could set the temperature all the way down to 48 degrees.
