3. The outlook is not unpleasant with a small lake/pond with ducks, etc. However the freeway borders the property so if you do want to sit outside beware the traffic noise.

5. I Received Room #440 with a nice LG LCD TV and Fridge and Microwave (Came In Handy Later On) and Received An Upgraded Room Overlooking The Webb Park and Lake Area.
