9. I had to change rooms twice - one time because I was at eye level with the freeway, and second time the has empty pizza boxes and was in general not cleaned after the previous guest.

10. The outlook is not unpleasant with a small lake/pond with ducks, etc. However the freeway borders the property so if you do want to sit outside beware the traffic noise.
