3. A large shopping center with plenty of restaurants and a Vons supermarket is across the street, a really nice park with waterfowl acts as a backyard for the hotel (and there's some more food on the other side of the park, including dim sum and a Denny's), and the staff is always cheery.

7. The Front office supervisor Teresa (the ONLY helpfull person) called later and send houskeeping to re-vacuum the carpet, unfortunately pieces of food were left behind (again) and I had to pick them up myself.
