1. The location is close enough to walk to all lots of shops and restaurants but far enough for a quiet and peaceful stay and of course the beach is only steps away.

5. We like to stroll on the beach (dogs are allowed before 9 am and after 6 pm) We walk to restaurants and shopping and love the boardwalk strolls.

6. Close to tons of restaurants (chains but also great little restaurants with patio near the ocean) It's not a 5 stars hotel and they don't pretend to be but the room was clean, the shower and bathroom were clean too (i'm picky).
