1. I'd recommend to couples or families with older kids who want to spend time on the beach, but I don't recommend this for families with small kids since the breakfast isn't too balanced and the lack of bath/shower combination.

2. The beds were fairly comfortable, the room was clean and updated but often times it`s the little things that make a room great instead of good; bath towel hooks, coffee cups for the coffee maker, and a room safe.
